菜の花バルサミコ炒め
冷蔵庫の中の菜の花がなかなか消費されないで残っている.
昨日の昼食で
- 洗って, 適当に切る.
- チン
- オリーブオイルで炒め, バルサミコ酢をちょっとふりかけ, さらに炒める.
という手抜き料理で食べた.
