新生姜の甘酢漬け用に甘酢を作る.
- 酢 1 cup
- 砂糖 1/3 cup (グラニュー糖や化粧砂糖などいろいろ)
- 塩 1/2 小さじ
一煮立ちして溶かして, 冷しておく.
あとは後日. お酢をグレードを下げているので, どうなるかな？
